The three-point manifesto:
• Rent and rate relief - We will lobby government to look into rent prices and campaign for the issue of business rates to be raised in parliament.

• Local incentive schemes – We will examine how existing local incentive schemes work and provide advice on how these can be set up in your local town. We will liaise with agents who want help in creating such a scheme, and will help them contact other local businesses to set these up.
