Philippine Airlines to begin Heathrow flights
Philippine Airlines is to start flights between Manila and Heathrow this November, a move that will see the airline return to the Europe after a 15-year absence.
The Philippine Flight Network cites data loaded on to the global distribution system, which indicates that flights will begin on November 4. The airline will use a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft and operate the service five times a week.
Flights from Manila will depart on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays with the return flights leaving on the same day.
The journey from Manila takes just under 14 hours, while the return takes 12 hours 35 minutes.
