A Temporary Passport and Visa Consultant is required to work for an established Travel Management Organisation in London. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly specialist travel company. If you have a good understanding of passport and visa processing then this could be the role for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be part of a team handling all aspects of the passport and visas for clients. You will be responsible for providing an efficient service for Passport and Visa processing. You will need to make certain that all Passport and Visas have been correctly processed and despatched to clients. Accuracy and attention to detail plus ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods so that documents are delivered on time is a key requirement.

Primary duties:
- Running reports for upcoming departures and chasing outstanding passports and visas.
- Sorting through incoming passports and Visa's
- Double check all applications to be submitted to embassy, looking out for any that need double entry or express service or need to go to more than one embassy.
- Update bookings in reservation system to record passport details and processing dates.
- When passports are back from embassy, check all visas are correct and load into the reservation system.
- Assist client/agent on phone with visa queries, obtaining additional information.
- Sending passports to clients and agents tracked service.
- Liaising with Courier Company and arranging pick-ups, lodging of applications.
- Answer the dedicated visa helpline calls.
- Be prepared at all times to help where needed by the team.
- Review practices and make suggestions for improvements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous experience working with Passport and Visa's would be an advantage. The position can go permanent for the successful candidate
