Team Leader - Essex

Location: East Position: Travel consultant

Calling all Team Leaders and experienced reservations consultants! Are you looking for a new challenge within the travel industry? A leading tour operator based in Essex is looking for a Team Leader to oversee the reservations team in the absence of the Manager. You will be hard working, self motivated and ideally had previous supervisory experience.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Team Leader will work with the reservations team to ensure targets are met and the team are motivated at all times. The key duties of the Team Leader are:

*Drive performance and improve conversion throughout the reservations team
*Be the perfect role model to the reservations team
*Be involved with setting targets and motivating the team
*Be results driven and have a positive outlook at all times

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate should have relevant sales experience within the travel industry and have previously supervised a team.
