TRAVEL CONSULTANTS - USA TRAVEL SALES

Location: Greater London Position: Travel consultant

AA Appointments are searching for target driven Travel Consultants to join a very busy and expanding tour operator, to be based in their thriving office. Suitable Travel Consultants will have experience working within a target driven travel sales role, or preferably, as a trade sales consultant. Our client will look at applications from travel consultants, travel agents, travel sales and well travelled telesales people and reservations consultants.

Our client is very well established and, due to further growth, need Travel Consultants to grow the team.

Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

*Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner ascertaining requirements.
*Offer travel solutions based on clients requirements
*Tailor itineraries to meet specific client's requests.
*Adhere to deadlines.

Travel Consultant Required Experience:

*Experience within the travel industry in a sales orientated role
*Travel knowledge of USA desired
*Strong geographical knowledge of the USA preferred
*Good sales techniques and an excellent telephone manner
*Attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
*CRS experience preferred but will train if necessary
