TRADE SALES TRAVEL CONSULTANTS

Location: Greater London Position: Travel consultant

AA Appointments are searching for talented and sales orientated trade sales travel consultants to join a thriving tour operator. Suitable trade sales travel consultants will have experience working within the travel industry, to targets and preferably as a trade sales travel consultant. Our client will look at candidates from a travel agent/ travel consultant or travel sales background.

Trade Sales Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

*Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner ascertaining requirements.
*Offer travel solutions based on clients requirements
*Tailor itineraries to meet specific client's requests.
*Adhere to deadlines

Trade Sales Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

*Sales experience within the travel industry
*Travel knowledge of USA is desired
*Strong geographical knowledge of the USA preferred
*Good sales techniques and an excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
CRS experience preferred but will train if necessary

This role requires successful candidates to work on a shift basis, with hours ranging from 8.30 a.m. - 7.00 p.m. with, on average, three out of four Saturdays to be worked.
