SPANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Location: North West Position: Travel consultant

My Client is a full service travel management company who are renowned for their customer service. They are an independent company with a simple objective - to provide effective business solutions and deliver outstanding service.

My Client is looking for a Spanish Speaking Groups consultant who has had previous travel industry experience, and an excellent telephone manner. The ideal candidate would be responsible for creating new Groups bookings, servicing and supporting the booking from start to finish, dealing with queries regarding amendments, splits, cancellations, upgrades, ticketing and other operational matters- whilst of course delivering excellent customer service.

Role of Group Consultant

*Liaise with customer ins English and Spanish
*Checking flights availability and booking flights through GDS system
*Issuing tickets, dealing with time changes, refunds and re-issues
*Maximising usage of net fares and group bookings
*Building manual fares


Necessary Skills

*Travel experience
*GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus
*Spanish speaking
*Sound time management and organisational skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Good interpersonal skills
*Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and with a positive, proactive attitude
