DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working in a friendly business travel environment, this role would suit candidates with previous business travel experience who can perform well in a customer service driven and team focused role.

This is an out of hour's consultancy role so flexibility is essential.

Key responsibilities include:
- The role is to handle emergency calls from travellers, and resolve challenging issues offering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Dealing with all aspects of business travel
- Handling calls from clients
- Amending and making flight, hotel, rail & car hire reservations for clients
- Use of Galileo, Sabre and Amadeus CRS systems
- Issuing and revalidating Electronic Tickets
- Excellent customer service skills are required to deal with challenging situations in order to appease clients in emergency circumstances
- Accuracy and attention to details is essential for success in this role
- Be flexible to diversify into other areas of the office such internet bookings
- Log all details of telephone calls to internal system
- Attend training courses to develop relevant knowledge and skills

EXPEREINCE REQUIRED?
To be successful in this role you should be an empathic communicator, with the ability to see things from the other person's point of view. Candidates will ideally have knowledge of at least one major CRS system and be looking for a challenging and highly rewarding role. You will also ideally have:

- Solid knowledge of CRS / GDS systems
- Previous Business Travel or airline experience

This role will be based in their luxurious city centre office in Manchester.
