We currently support two models in our homeworking division: Homeworker Travel Consultants and Personal Travel Consultants Homeworker Travel Consultants To become a Hays homeworking consultant, you will need to be able to prove an impressive record of sales achievement, as well as have the confidence and commitment necessary to be your own boss and run your own business. Hays homeworker travel consultants are paid 30% of all profit earned. Leads are generated by Hays Travel’s websites, teletext & digital advertising, however…. Successful business relies on repeat customers. We will help you to get repeat business and we will pay an additional 10% commission for this – that’s a total of 40% commission on all repeat business. PTC Our Personal Travel Consultants should have a big enough customer database to rely on and a business plan that sees them through both the short and long term. To be successful you will need to constantly network and market to expand your customer base, always delivering the highest standards of customer service. Although you need the commitment, drive and confidence to do this, remember you will not be alone at any point. If you have an already established client base our personal travel consultant’s package may be for you. Hays Travel personal travel consultants are paid 60% of all profit earned with the personal travel consultant being responsible for sourcing custom.
