French Speaking Hotel Consultant - Manchester

French Speaking Hotel Support Agent required working for a leading business travel provider based in the Manchester area. If you have hotel reservations experience and fluent French speaking and writing skills and you're looking for your next move in a structured and reputable business travel environment, then this could be the opportunity for you!

This leading business travel provider has an enviable reputation as a market leader specialising in business travel and are now looking for a French speaking candidate to assist liaising with their French accommodation providers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Liaising in French with a number of key corporate clients and suppliers
- Using your French oral and written skills on a daily basis
- To ensure a high degree of client care is maintained and delivered at all times.
- Ensuring all incoming calls and emails are answered promptly, efficiently and dealing with them in an appropriate manner.

EXPERIENCE
In order to be considered for this fantastic role, ideally you will have:

- Fluent French verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of working within a hotel reservations or administrative role
- Good computer skills including Word and Excel
- Administrative experience
- An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

PACKAGE
A competitive salary is available depending on experience of up to £18k plus bonus, along with the opportunity to work within a highly reputable and structured corporate business travel environment.
