My client, a luxury Worldwide Chauffeur Service Company, the largest in the UK, provides a 5 Star service to clients within the travel, airline, financial and corporate sectors. They are currently looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, articulate and well presented Account Manager/Business Development to join its Business Development Team based in its London office. Job Description: Managing and growing a portfolio of corporate accounts and new business opportunities Account Management Dealing with issues in a timely and effective manner Ensuring regular communication with clients through meetings, emails and telephone calls Present and have input into customer presentations, proposals and customer MI Communicate any issues with other parts of the business and work together to improve systems and practices Increase efficiencies and reduce costs Implement price increases when required Limit customer churn and retain the customer portfolio Business Development Explore all parts of the customer's business to look at maximum possible use of our range of services Identify and develop new opportunities within the portfolio and increase exposure through customer information, booker days, networking etc Prepare quotations and advise on pricing and ensure all reservation and quotation requests are handled correctly Compile and follow up on industry specific targeting Identify and develop opportunities outside of the portfolio Attend trade shows and networking events as and when required Explore all new leads thoroughly and report back to the Head of Business Development Administration / Reporting Record all customer and prospect interaction thoroughly in our CRM tools Report results and opportunities to the Head of Business Development and the Directors by using the reporting tools made available and have input in these reports going forward Requirements: You should be a good Team Player Be able to assist with "non-portfolio" clients as and when required by the business Work with the rest of the team to develop all team members and share knowledge and experience Feed back customer perceptions, industry and competitor knowledge and marketing needs to the rest of the business Take part in networking and events on behalf of the company Package: A very competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate with an excellent OTE Interested?
