Data Management Project Analyst

Location: South East Position: Project manager

Calling all Travel Data Project Managers! Are you an experienced Project Manager with Travel Data Analysing? Are you considering a new challenge?
The role will be supervising a portfolio of client implementation, managing the end to end data implementation process and team deliverables.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Supervise the assigned implementation programme and manage their own implementations, including but not limited to the clients reporting.
*Understand how the data collection impacts the ability to provide useable output reports and make recommendations accordingly, ensuring the data collection supports the required deliverables
*Supervise the DMS implementation team and their associated processes with an emphasis on meeting client deadlines and ensuring quality control procedures are met
*Provide project management support to internal and external customers
*Coordinate & run meetings, compilation of agendas, minutes and project plans
*Coordinate with the Head of UK DMS, client and team so that tasks are completed on time
*Conduct WebEx, demo's and Product training where appropriate
*Ensure the team maintain & communicate the charges sheet with the relevant departments
*Act as the DMS focal point for communication between the client and the Business Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
*In-depth experience of data capture elements & report output and how the client uses their data to manage programmes
*Able to provide a consultative approach to data solutions
*Experience in analytical output and how data capture impacts this
*Understanding complex client hierarchies and how to implement them
*Excellent planning and organisational skills plus the ability to motivate and encourage others.
*Work with customers to define set up of data products
*Commercial understanding
*Attention to detail, multi-tasking and ability to prioritise
*Must be pro-active and self motivated due to the nature of the role.
*Good understanding of working within a multi-cultural environment and the ability to be sensitive to cultural differentials.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Candidate must be diplomatic with the ability to work well as part of a team.
*Ability to interact confidently at all levels.
*Fully proficient in MS office e.g. Excel , Word
*Set up and run communication schedules with customers through project life cycle
*Fluent in English.
