Travel insurance prices tipped to rise

Government plans to outlaw age discrimination in financial services, including travel insurance, could push up prices for all tourists, insurers have claimed.Equality minister Harriet Harman is drawing up an Equalities Bill that will extend laws on age discrimination beyond the workplace.It will potentially have a big impact on travel insurers, 95% of whom, according to Help the Aged, put an upper age limit on their policies.
